It is calculated like this: When rerolling the weapon damage of the weapon, say it is 1200-1500 and you reroll to the max roll on a 2H (1410-1788), you just add the difference to the damage roll. So for example it would go from 2500-3300 to 2710-3588. If the weapon does 1.0 APS, the dps would go from 2900 to 3149. ((low dmg + high dmg)/2).AS. The weapon's base damage is 13-23. By a lucky break, he scores a critical hit and rolls 95 on the critical effect table. On a deathclaw, the effect is 2.5x damage, armor pierced, knockdown. The 4.7mm ammo used by the weapon has a damage multiplier of 3/2 and a DR modifier of -10. The deathclaw's thick skin endows it with 4 DT and 40% DR.

    Today I am going to show you how to get custom damage on any item in minecraft to make you OP!
    To get yourself a really OP diamond sword that kills any normal mob in one shot (and does 999999 damage!) with one command!:
    /give @p minecraft:diamond_sword 1 0 {AttributeModifiers:[{Operation:0,UUIDLeast:1,UUIDMost:1,Amount:999999,AttributeName:generic.attackDamage,Name:Barrier}],display:{Name:”Insta-Kill”}}
    You can edit this command to make it cooler. If you change the Amount:999999 number to a different number you will change the attack damage of the item to that number.
    You can change the word in-between the speech marks in {Name:”Insta-Kill”}} to rename the item to whatever you like
    You can change the item by going to the section that says minecraft:diamond_sword and change the name after the colon to any item. If the item has spaces in it’s name, then you will have to put an underscore where the space would usually be. Example: minecraft:iron_sword

    Hey Guys to make the command work in 1.7 and up you have to get rid of the ' ' in the command. If you can't be bothered to go through the command to edit, just copy this.
