You have to know if mercy's damage boost + zen discord orb stacks simultaneously or one after the other. The result would be different in these cases. Ex: Say you have a shot that worthes 100 base damage, and mercy's damage boost + zen discord orbs act one after the other.

1. Lucio: Boop is huge. Use it to displace enemies, or deter dives. Save up Amp for team fights or getting past a choke. Speed Boost versus Heal Aura is a 3/4 speed. Beat drop is a great defensive ult but has insane shield decay. Use it to counter burst dps, but not too early or too late.
2. Brigitte: Straight up monster at melee. You can slap a tank to their knees and make them your bootlicker. Your armor pack has a straight up 150 heal so you can use it for a burst heal, or 75 armor on a preemptive dive attempt. It has a travel time, so people usually have to know that. Your shield bash is a huge dive deterrent, and can shut down channeled ults and a majority of the ults can be canceled. Also whipshot is great for pushing away a nanoboosted target should they get close. Use Rally before teamfights to initiate. Armor is still super good.
3. Ana: Huge burst heals, don't need to heal a target to max, shoot swap, shoot swap, shoot swap. Nade has huge offensive and defensive potential. Nade to deny heals and make teamfights easier for your team. Nade self and support to heal each other during a dive. Sleep priority targets, it's got a long cooldown and shouldn't be thrown on willy-nilly. Nano boost using on situation. usually with a dps ult to wipe, or a tank to create chaos, or to save someone from death.
4. Mercy: Best mobility in the game, I don't expect a mercy to be caught out of position unless there is a hard CC that will clap your cheeks. 2 second guardian angel, so our team is best played spread out so you can get the maximum potential out of your ability. Use valkyrie at the beginning of a team fight to maximize potential. Rez attempts should always be called out and preferably have a 'ok go' or 'no don't' before attempting said rez. Also, damage boosting whenever possible. the 30% dmg boost benefits both you and the target you're boosting.
5. Moira: same as mercy, fade is super good, so usually she shouldn't be caught by anything unless it's multiple ccs being chained. throw heal orbs at angles usually facing away from a turn in a choke. in case you're in a 1v1 situation, it's almost always beneficial to throw a heal orb versus a damage orb. Coalescence is a huge ult, and it is the not like moira's heal, so you want to track a bit and then swap to another target, no lingering heals means the moment the beam stops the heals end. You also can't use any other ability during it, so make sure to throw heal/damage orb depending on sitaution, fade to a better position, then ult. Your only utility is healing so your priority is going to be that. spray during fights, and spritz during downtime. spritz heals 65 overtime and uses less resources
6. Zenyatta: you have 0 mobility, so you need to play around the other support, or have good positioning. high ground/near health packs/corners etc. your harmony orb has a travel time, so if you constantly switch heal targets you're going to be reducing your effective heal output. same with discord, don't swap too often. harmony on your squishy dive targets and discord on prioritized targets. your tanks can be handled by another support who will have more healing output than you. if someone dives you, it's just you and your balls. you have to smack them in the head good then kick them when they're down. your right click volley is super good if you know someone is going to be peeking chokes. 3 balls is usually enough to kill a peeking widow. 2 headshots and 1 bodyshot is over 200 dmg. you will need all 5 if you gonna hit bodyshots. your ult makes you invulnerable and heals 300hp/s, use it during sustained teamfights and transforming/channeling ults to counter them. you can also bodyblock for allies from certain death like rein charge since you can't die. your ult can be blocked by enemy barriers so don't stay in a winston bubble. cause you won't heal anyone outside of the bubble.
